EZFacility’s Trainer Management System (TMS) provides a complete booking, recurring membership management and financial reporting tool for any size gym, health club, leisure centre or fitness facility. Our product is delivered via a monthly internet software service, which means there is never any software for you to buy, install or maintain. The user interface is extremely friendly, and can be used by staff with even the most novice computer experience.
Our Trainer Management System enables the effortless booking
of training resources, allowing you to block-out their available times on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. The system then allows you to assign client sessions in these available time slots on a one-time or recurring basis, with the same or a different trainer. TMS can also create and store an unlimited number of training packages that can be assigned to your clients, and will automatically reduce the number of remaining sessions following each client’s scheduled workout. In addition, our optional Membership Management module, designed specifically for small to medium-sized fitness facilities, allows you to create and monitor all of your recurring memberships, including automated periodic billing to either a credit card or direct debit account. Finally, with TMS, your clients can also be organised into groups for email campaigns, promotion of new membership or training packages, mailing labels, or other marketing / general club update purposes.
