Our new Photo ID module works with our entire line of scheduling and management software solutions including: EZFacility 3.0, EZFacility EDU, EZFacility TMS and EZFacility TCMS. There is nothing to install on your local PC, and our module works with almost any industry-standard Photo ID card printer.
A few key points about EZFacility’s optional Photo ID module include:
- Capture photographs and print single-sided Photo ID cards (with our without bar codes), all from within your existing EZFacilityapplication
- No expensive Photo ID software to purchase, install or learn how to use
- No need to manually add or import member data from a non-integrated system – everything is already stored within your EZFacility environment
- Our integrated Photo ID solution includes a custom, professionally designed Photo ID template based on your logo and any design suggestions you may have. Our professional graphic designers will work with you to produce the perfect looking template containing all the information you wish to include on your ID cards (including a barcode if you desire).
- Once your template is created, generating a photo ID from our software couldn’t be easier. Simply upload or snap a member photo directly from our system, enter contact/membership details, and click the “Generate Photo ID” button, print the card, and your done!
